This is my personal site: an index of my work, a profile and a CV. It is here to inform.

Nothing on it is a firm offer. Any work I take on is agreed in writing, with its own scope, dates and price.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

Each case study describes a project as I worked on it, and names the studio it was done under and my part in it. A product can change afterwards, so the live version may differ from what you see here.

I take care that what is written is accurate. Even so, the site is offered as it is, with no guarantee that it is complete, current or free of mistakes, and nothing on it is professional advice.

The text, the design, the code written for this site and the OA monogram are mine. You may link to any page and quote a short passage with its source. Ask me before reproducing more than that.

The names, logos and products of clients and other companies in the case studies belong to their owners. They appear to describe work I did, and that does not mean those companies endorse this site. Work by other people is credited where it appears.

The typefaces, Archivo and Switzer, and the open-source libraries the site is built with keep their own licences.

Use the site to read and to write to me. Do not try to get into anything that is not public, and do not test, scan or overload the site or the servers behind it.

Do not copy the site in bulk by automated means, and do not present what is on it as your own work.

The site links to pages I do not run, such as LinkedIn and the sites in the case studies. I am not responsible for what they say or for how they treat your data.

I try to keep the site up and correct, but I do not promise that it always will be, and I may change or remove any part of it.

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site or from relying on what it says.

Nothing here takes away a right that the law does not allow anyone to take away.

I may update these terms. Changes apply from the moment they are published here.

These terms are read under the law of the country where I am established, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Before going to a court, write to contact@kavaliero.com so that we can try to settle it.

This page exists in English and in Spanish. If the two do not agree, the English one counts.
