A Caracas real-estate professional's site: one scroll-scrubbed sequence, a WebGL page-peel and five languages.

Nelly Morales is a certified real-estate professional in Caracas. Her site sells trust and warmth before it sells listings, so the design leads with her voice and keeps the catalogue one step behind.
Kavaliero designed and built it. On desktop the landing is a single pinned sequence; on a phone it is a plain vertical page. She edits listings herself in a studio embedded in the site.
- 5languages, one right to left
- 9full-screen WebGL pages
- 10testimonial cards woven through a title
- 1master timeline on desktop

The sequence
One timeline, only where it fits
The pinned, scrubbed sequence is built only at 1024 px and wider with motion allowed. Everyone else gets a normal page.
Cards through the words
The testimonial title is drawn as two overlaid layers at alternating depths, so each falling card passes over one word and under the next.
An intro that can be skipped
The loader plays once per visit, can be skipped and is off for visitors who asked for reduced motion.

Services in WebGL
A page you can peel
A vertex shader rolls each full-screen page into a spiral as it is dragged, with a spring settle and flick momentum.
Built to survive
The canvas is recreated on every mount, so a lost graphics context never leaves a blank page.

For the editor
A schema in her language
Sanity fields are labelled in Spanish. Photos and video share one ordered gallery whose first item must be a photo, and sold listings sort last.
Five languages
Spanish, English, Russian, Chinese and Arabic, with display scales per language, font fallbacks and text direction set before first paint.
